How Does Warranty Work on PowerStop Brakes?
See Our Warranty Information Page for More Details
If you are unsatisfied with the quality and performance of a PowerStop brake kit within 60 days, you can receive a one-time exchange for a new kit. This warranty applies if the kit was installed by a professional technician and the required break-in procedure was followed. You must provide an invoice from the installation shop, and the exchange must be facilitated by an authorized PowerStop retailer.
PowerStop also provides a warranty for its rotors and pads (excluding Track Day and Track Day Spec pads). These components are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the purchase date or 3,000 miles of use, whichever comes first. If a material or workmanship defect is identified in properly installed components, they will be exchanged free of charge. However, this warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, or accidents. Additionally, failure of components due to disc thickness variation (DTV) indicated by brake pulsation is not covered under this warranty.
*Note: Wear and tear, damage from accidents or misuse, and normal degradation of brake components over time are not covered by the warranty.
